The order confirmation will normally be sent to your email-adress within 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation, it is possible that your order has not been processed yet. Also check if the order confirmation is in the spam folder.

Orders placed before 12 am will normally be shipped during the same day. Our estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days from the order was made.

We deliver by regular mail or with UPS. Home deliveries are performed by UPS. If you should not be available, the order will be sent to the nearest UPS station where you can pick up your delivery.
We offer free shipping for all orders above 100EUR/USD. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be 8EUR/USD.
If we receive a package in return because it was not possible to deliver it, we charge a handling fee of 15EUR/USD. In such case, please contact us and we will re-send the package.
Please notice that all products shipped across international borders may be subject to import fees, as well as, taxes imposed by the destination country.

We use regular mail and UPS for deliveries outside of Sweden.
We use Postnord and DHL for deliveries in Sweden.
Within 30 days of date of order you can always return your order. The product must be in its original condition, including hang-tags and in an undamaged packaging. A handling fee of 5EUR/USD will be withdrawn from your refund.
The customer will cover potential costs of any damaged products that could occur during return shipping, as well as, any lost packages.
Send us the products in their original condition, including hang-tags attached and in an undamaged package. Always include our order number!
If you would like to change your product to another, place a new order. Return the original order and you will then receive a refund for the original order.
Schedule a pick-up or leave the return package at your nearest UPS/DHL station. We will process your return as soon as we have received it.
All refunds will be made to the account from where you paid your original order. We need at least 14-30 days for your return to reach us and to be processed in our systems.
